Convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station 🚌.

The apartment was very well presented, the kitchen area was well stocked. The gardens and pool were very nice.We liked being able to eat out on the balcony.The hotel had parking - a real advantage in that area. There was very good access to the beach, bars and cafes.

Had a very nice stay for one night & will be back. Loved this budget hotel, magnificent location and well-equipped rooms. Location: the venue was close to nearby bus stops, seafront, and the beach and long promenade. It was good to be 1 km away from Jardin d'asie, serving short-orders. The staff was pleasant, kept everything clean and very comfortable.

Updated, tidy room with a bedroom, toiletries, and a lovely garden to enjoy. Great central location for our trip, situated in a pleasant neighborhood. 🌿

Nice and clean studio /apartment, which are 2 minutes by walk from the bus stop, 10 minutes from the railway station and 10 minutes from the supermarket. The sea is 5 minutes by walk. The residence have a spacious parking. Excellent price / performance ratio of low season.

Diffently need a car, which wasn't aproblem for us. However you will need a car to stay here and access everything easily.

Upon arrival, the apartment with a view was all set, with reliable amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerators; plus, the hotel's prime, beachside location in town was unbeatable!

We were in the apartment was very nice and comfortable, supporting services and facilities at the hotel were very good, on a great location with proximity to small bars, restaurants, shops and more.

The location is excellent, near the river, good restaurants, and close to the bus station making it convenient to visit other towns in the French Riviera.

Value for money considering the amenities on your doorstep. Pool/spa on site, catering facilities in the appartment should you wish to cook inc dishwasher, a pleasant short walk within a gated complex to the beach. Numerous regular buses stopped outside the hotel and for the cost of 1 Euro you could travel into the center of Nice or all the way to Cannes.

We arrived 10 minutes before the reception closed at 12 lunch time and was told to come back between 4 and 5 to check in. We were able to leave our bags. We left but then realised we needed a code to re enter the receptionist hadnt voluntarily given it to us. Fortunately we went back and asked for the entry code otherwise we wouldnt have been able to get back into the complex until reception re opened 4 ours later.

We enjoyed our stay - great location and facilities, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bus to Nice stops outside the door and having secure parking was a bonus. We would stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to others.
